1. No Online Payment System
Currently, we do not offer online payment options through our website. All payments are handled directly between you and our team at the time of service.
2. Payment Process
- After booking your massage session through our website, phone, or email, no payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment is due before the service is provided, at the time of your appointment. Once our therapist arrives at your location and sets up for the session, we will collect the payment before the massage begins.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash: Payments can be made in cash directly to the therapist before the service.
- Mobile Payments/UPI: We also accept payments through mobile payment platforms and UPI services, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, and others.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
5. Security and Confidentiality
We take the privacy and security of your financial information seriously. While we do not collect any payment details through our website, all transactions made in person are conducted securely, and any personal information you provide will be protected under our Privacy Policy.
